I had a pleasant stay at Hl Hotel Low Cost. The price was good, especially for Santiago, and the location in Providencia was quite nice, although it was a bit out of the center. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I did find it a bit chilly, as there was no air conditioning, which is something to consider for future stays.
